Project for Thil in Lorraine

Intended in 2011 for the remembrance trail of the deportees of the Thil camps, this sculpture was to be in marble 170cm. Political conditions caused its cancellation.

Since human beings will never stop their violence towards each other, I created this human being with a body abandoning all hope, mounted on bones and documents of the dead ones.
