This sculpture is made up of 4 moulds. Its assembly requires a lot of technique for its realization.
I wanted to represent an aging man walking towards the end of his life. The armchair symbolizes the end of life. The hands symbolize the memory and the search for one's lost youth. The awakening of spring comes to symbolize this ephemeral youth. Both hands try to catch up with this youth which inevitably escapes over time.
